  • Receiving all contractor schedules

  • Maintain regular contact between different parties to ensure required cooperation, through eeschedule of meetings with site staff (Main contractor, Technical Consultants, Subcontractors, eesuppliers, First Party staff)
  • Planning Reports:
    • Review and accept (after modification(s)), if any, the submitted contractors’ schedules in order ee to maintain the planned Project Baseline Schedule to be reflected in the bi-weekly schedule
    • Submit and Update the schedule bi-weekly to produce progress files for actual and forecasting eeactivities
    • Monthly report covering progress, areas of concern, actions required, and time schedule eeeupdate
