Project Description

The aim of the study is to prepare a detailed master plan for intercity bus system transport on txhe national level. The detailed tasks submitted by Massarat for the project are:

• Detailed marketing analysis and market survey for all current intercity operators
• Detailed passenger demand and travel characteristics for all of the main travel corridors within Egypt
• Derailed Physical abd operational feasibility reflecting better knowledge of right of way and operational constraints on level of service
• Demand estimate using more detailed and capable network and travel models
• Develop Detailed financial model for the project with ten years cash flow forecasting
• Develop business plan and model with funding options
