- Prepare all required resources (material, non-material) plan integrated with time schedules

- Prepare reports addressing the project’s progress; allocate this progress on a detailed WBS eee eewhich leads to measuring the overall progress of the project
- Maintain regular contact between different parties to ensure required cooperation, through eeschedule of meetings with site staff (Main contractor, Technical Consultants, Subcontractors, eesuppliers, First Party staff)

Planning Reports:
- Review and accept (after modification(s)), if any, the submitted contractors’ schedules in order ee to maintain the planned Project Baseline Schedule to be reflected in the bi-weekly schedule
- Submit and Update the schedule bi-weekly to produce progress files for actual and forecasting eeactivities
- Monthly report covering progress, areas of concern, actions required, and time schedule eeeupdate
